Rack Construction
For maximum protection and capacity each custom made truck rack is constructed out of .095 steel tubing with 3/16' steel angle iron rails that run the length of your truck bed on both sides. The rack is welded together for a precise fit with one piece construction and has a lifetime warranty against weld breakage. Each rack also contains removable middle and end bars for ease in transporting large, tall or irregular items.


No Bolts About It!
Our truck racks are welded solid to create a super tough unified one piece construction for the base of the framework. There are no bolt on parts to work their way loose durning your travels. Road vibration will not rattle your rack apart or compensate the load capacity like other racks on the market.


Load Capacity
Our racks are rated to a full 1500 pound load capacity (canopy style racks are rated at 750 pound load capacity).

Custom Fabrication
Custom designed and fabricated to meet your specifications. We also offer racks that are designed to be loaded and/or unloaded by forklifts, carry spools, ladders, ratchet straps, screens and/or just about anything you may need for your personal application.

The Finishing Touch
After your custom rack is fabricated to your specific needs, each rack is then multi-coated with a polyurethane spray paint that offers the ultimate in paint protection. Custom colors are available upon request. (additional fees may apply).
